Security
The Kohesion Centraal security system manages access to your data. The system allows for the organization of users into groups and manages permission assignment. This fully auditable system logs all user activity, system overhead operations, errors, and security alerts. Furthermore, you can set custom triggers to send notifications via text message or email when predetermined events occur. The Kohesion Centraal security system is easily integrated into all or part of your websites, restricting access to authenticated users only
Calendaring
Consolidate all of your calendars into a single calendar tool. Multiple levels of event visibility determine who (if anyone) is able to see a calendar event as well as what level of detail is available to the viewer. The calendar can be published to your web site in event list or graphical formats. The calendar is completely customizable so that it looks exactly like the rest of your site. Events can be categorized to simplify management, control access, and reduce clutter for the viewer.
Inventory
Our flexible inventory module is perfect for retail or warehouse inventory. Our inventory management interfaces allow you to organize your stock by grouping similar items into categories, creating customized data entry fields, and searching with our advanced engine that weights results against keyword searches. The inventory module also allows you to save multiple images of each item and provides automatic image resampling, saving you the hassle of resizing digital pictures. You can also easily generate, print, and scan barcodes. Finally, the inventory module provides you tools for long-range inventory management. Automatically generated, completely customizable graphic reports enable you to identify patterns and trends at a glance, and event-triggered notifications can also be customized to alert your team when action needs to be taken. Move inventory with our customizable shopping cart. Customers can create their own wish lists and send them out to their friends and family. Recently viewed item display enhances customer experience. Multi item orders can be shipped to multiple addresses. Customer can manage their own account information. Product recommendations are generated from previous customer activity analysis and item groupings. Set up automatic real-time price adjustment based on competitor listings or manually set discounts for product groups. Shipping calculator gets prices straight from your shipping carrier. Post sale warehouse process tracking.
Forms
Managing data has never been easier. The Forms module ties data collection to data storage enabling you to create and publish web forms (requires publishing module). Design polls for your web site. You can even alter the way the quotes or inventory modules work through the Forms module. Existing database schemas can be easily modified using this tool.
Quotes
Our quotes module is a tool for collecting, organizing and presenting complicated comparisons such as insurance quote shopping. Quotes are organized by client. A client can have multiple quotes of multiple types which are organized by time period providing a running quote history. Collected quotes can be ranked and grouped for reporting purposes. Selected comparison reports and charts are sent to Microsoft Excel allowing you to preview them before forwarding to clients.

Server Tools
Our server tools module provides the ability to perform maintenance functions and file management. One click database backup archives your entire database to a single file which can be downloaded for backup purposes. File management let your perform basic file functions such as delete, move, rename etc… Database tables can be exported to MS Excel readable files. Tracking Visitors and Members can be monitored with our tracking module. The tracking module records all activity on your web site. Cookies are used to determine a visitors identity. Browser and operating system data is also stored. If a visitor becomes a member of your site, all previous visitor data is retained as member data. Useful reports show what is most popular on your site, browser usage, time spent per page etc.
Bulk mailing
The Bulk Mailing module gives you the power to intelligently communicate with your members. Organize members into subject matter lists. Create email messages that retain your company look. Email messages are archived so that you have a historical communication log. Send messages to subsets of lists based on any criteria. Preview who mail will go to before you send it out. Bounce-backs and suspect addresses are automatically marked.
Mail client
Our mail client provides all the standard features you have come to expect from web mail plus very useful advanced features. The mail client works with any existing pop3 or imap account. While most web mail clients merely display your mail on the screen, our mail client archives your mail into a searchable database with full text indexing. Non-executable attachments are automatically stored on the server. Duplicate messages are automatically removed. Messages can be viewed in traditional or threaded discussion listing styles. Virtual folders can be defined from stored keyword searches. Receive automatic notification or launch a process when incoming mail matches predefined criteria.
Customer Relationship Management
This module is for a company that has one or more forms collecting a variety of data from the public. Data collected from any of these forms is stored into a single data table. The system attempts to merge collected data by email address allowing you to collect a growing body of data for each customer as they return to the site. For “anonymous” forms such as polls, a cookie is used to identify the returning users email address so that data collection of the individual continues. Latitude / Longitude coordinate pairs are looked up from street address information (if collected) and / or geographic IP mapping. When combined with the power of the proximity and engines incredibly useful reports can be generated such as vendor load, geographic customer concentration, representative location, advertising effectiveness, growth areas, opportunity mapping etc…
Realestate
This module is for real estate companies or individual agents who want a quick easy way to keep a property / agent database and publish it to the web. Agent and agency websites can share a common database for simplified maintenance. Visitors can create automatic notifications to be triggered when a property matching their specifications becomes available. The property detail page optionally contains pictures and a virtual tour. Automatic mapquest linking to a properties address makes it easy to see the exact location of the property. An interactive mortgage calculator built into property listing page.
Assets
The Asset modules let you manage your important files. Unlike a traditional filing system, we don't force you to lump files of various types all together. Each type of file has its own management system, its own set of tools applicable to that file type. Currently, management of the following types is available: Documents, Articles, Images, Audio, PDFs, eTexts, Resumes, New Feeds. Our PDF and Document managers have text extraction capabilities enabling full text searching against file content. With the pubilshing module, Assets become part of your website content.
Process
The process module gives you the tools to break your business operations into simple steps. These steps or tasks are assigned to members of your organization. This series of steps makes up a process. Once a process is defined, deliverables can be tracked as they go through the process. Several interfaces provide views into the state of your organization. Problem areas can be easily identified by viewing bottlenecks in the process. Setup notifications (email or text message) to be triggered by system events.
GIS
The Kohesion GIS system operates behind the scenes finding latitude longitude coordinate pairs for the street addresses and IP address of the customers throughout your database. Standard reports show global visualizations of customer geography. Reports can be customized to meet your specific needs. For example: Show your sales data over US economic census data or show effectiveness of regional advertising campaigns by plotting market response.

Our reports module contains tools to create your own line graphs and pie charts. These reports can be published to your website. The following reports come with the system: Site Maintenance report, Audit log, Usage report. Additional reports are included with Kohesion Centraal Modules. The publishing system provides a variety of sophisticated content tools making collection, organization, management and disemination of content amazingly easy. Manage syndicated content from a variety of sources and / or syndicate your own content. Run standard compliance tests on your pages before publishing them. Seperation of content from layout simplifies site maintenance. Run content submissions through a custom review / approval process as a prerequisite to publishing. Static page precompilation of content reduces server load. Multi-server publishing capability is available for those who wish to seperate production from staging servers. Our WYSIWYG editing capabilities make site updates simple and optionally force style sheet compliance so that your site's appearance is the same throughout. Schedule the appearance and expiration of articles and syndicated content. Calendar publishing lets you publish your calendar. Calendar events may be protected meaning that only authenticated users are able to view the event.
