History

At the height of the dotcom boom, there was a surge of poorly written web software. In a rush to get product out the door, developers paid little attention to emerging standards, browser trends or style.

 

In 2001 we started development on Centraal, a new product designed from a radically different perspective. Our priority is quality. Our obsession with quality means more to us than just producing reliable software or providing excellent support. Kohesion Software believes providing a quality product requires standards compliance, providing useful documentation, designing scalable systems and straight forward interfaces.

 

In the long run, well written software is easier to use, less effort to maintain and more scalable than poorly written software. The bottom line is that quality business software increases productivity, making your business more competitive resulting in increased revenues. The next four years were spent building a suite of business applications from this perspective.
