CartQuest Project Launched in PeachTree City GA

Peach Tree City GA will be the first US suburb to have a GPS navigation system designed specifically for Golf Carts.  Kohesion Software (Herndon, VA) is has started development on their CartQuest system and has chosen Peach Tree City for initial concept testing.  Initially, the system would require a person computer and internet connection.  Eventually, the software will run on a handheld GPS unit. 

The CartQuest system will incorporate topographic data, intersection risk ratings and public right of way data into the mapping engine.  These unique features will allow users of the system to find faster, flatter routes and to be aware of possible risks along the way.
